Jaini is an excellent communicator and problem solver, and has been a real pleasure to work with. She has really brought her hard work on user journey maps to life in large presentations of 60+, confidently and enthusiastically helping business and technical stakeholders to better understand the scope and shape of our investments into areas as diverse as user authentication, payments and dashboard analytics.

She's great at taking feedback and adapting, and I was particularly impressed with her work assessing value prop gaps and opportunities as we replatformed our entire website with multiple rounds of exec input and resource evaluation!

Jaini keeps the customer at the heart of every design decision - she consistently delivers UIs that are not only visually appealing, but also clear, concise and accessible. As well as this, Jaini understands how engineering teams operate and demonstrates flexibility in her approach, adapting her ways of working to match product needs. For instance, when requirements are well defined and outcomes well understood, she is able to invest the appropriate amount of upfront thought into producing a comprehensive design. However, when requirements are less well understood, or during periods of rapid experimentation, she includes product management and engineering in brainstorming sessions to produce lower fidelity wireframes that immediately unblocks development. Jaini always remembers to follow up with developers at a later date to ensure that final implementation aligns with our design language and standards.

Jaini is well liked and respected by her peers, and any organisation would be fortunate to have her design expertise, technical acumen and positive attitude on their team.
